Almonds: A handful contains muscle-relaxing magnesium and sleep-inducing tryptophan, which increases the brain’s level of feel-good serotonin.
Bananas: Beneath the peel is a trifecta of soothers: serotonin, magnesium, and melatonin, your body’s natural sleep regulator.
Skim milk: Mom was right — a warm glassful will help you sleep better. The milk’s tryptophan has a sedating effect. Plus, it’s calcium that helps your brain use that tryptophan.
Oatmeal: Oats are rich in sleep-regulating melatonin. If you drizzle just a little honey on top, it tells your brain to turn off orexin, a neuropeptide linked to alertness.
Whole-wheat bread: A slice of toast dotted with banana slices releases insulin, which helps tryptophan get to your brain. There it changes into serotonin and whispers, “Sweet dreams.”

Wall Street “secret dope about companies that swing billion of dollars of stock value in one day.” Is called Flow.
Retail and Institutional investor have been stunned at recent stock market volatility.
The general thinking is that everything is related to the global financial crisis, starting, for the most part, in August 2007, when the Volatility Index, or VIX, started to climb. However, that there are more fundamental reasons behind the explosion in trading volume and the speed at which stock prices and indexes are changing. It has to do with the way electronic trading, the new for-profit exchanges
This has resulted in the proliferation of a new generation of very profitable, high-speed, computerized trading firms and methods that are causing retail and institutional investors to chase artificial prices. These high frequency traders make tiny amounts of money per share, on a huge volume of small trades, taking advantage of the fact that all listed stocks are now available for electronic trading
How Much Is TMI (too much info) Men Vs. Women

Is it harmful if men want to keep their feelings hidden? And would it be better if women did not jabber on too much about their husbands to friends, co-workers and sometimes strangers? Is the hairdresser a stranger????? It is no secret MEN, in general, don’t share their emotions easily. It is equally true that Women , share Too Much Information. Why do we share info differently?
First, Men don’t want to look vulnerable. They are raised to be strong.
Men don’t talk about their feelings to themselves let alone other men.
Women are taught it’s OK to be emotional.
However, Women may receive a reality check if that husband or boyfriend they bashed to friends & family suddenly appears back in the picture. Talk too much and your words may come back to bite you.
Men often do not talk until it is too late, after they have nothing left to loose.
Bottom line men need to share more and get help before it is too late and woman need to zip it before they destroy what they have.
